Fort Lauderdale: Meet Michael “Whip” Wilton of Queensrÿche

Guitarist Michael Wilton founded the rock band Queensrÿche nearly 30 years ago. His new beer, a 6% ABV Pale Ale, takes after Wilton’s nickname, “Whip.”

Whip Ale is brewed by Diamond Knot Brewery in Mukilteo, Washington. It is available at all Florida Total Wine & More locations.

Michael will be making an very special appearance at the Total Wine & More in Fort Lauderdale, Florida this Friday, November 11, 2011 from 2pm to 3pm.

His beer will be available for sampling. Michael will be happy to sign a bottle of Whip Ale upon purchase at no additional charge.
