Hi, Jo Ann! I’m sorry to say there’s no Total Wine & More in Tennessee yet. Currently we’re only able to ship gifts/accessories to all states.
I just want to say how much I love the Total Wine Store in Spokane,WA. That store is amazing. My best friend and I come over the all the time. The people there are just amazing. John is just great always so helpful and informative. He is always there to help us and answer any quetions that we have. We just love him. We always look forward seen him when we come to visit the store. Lauren is just a sweatheart, she is also so noledgible and sweet. Also Brian and Christian are just great. I cannot say enough about this amazing store. I tell all my friends and family how great this store is and especial the people that work there. I never had a bad experience at the Total Wine store Spokane,WA. Love this store.
I LOVE THAT TOTAL WINE HAS HIT SPOKANE !!! I remember walking into the store for the very first time in total AWE. My bestie and I visit this store all the time and let me tell you we have never left feeling nothing but pleased with the service we have recieved. John M is awesome and always willing to help with guiding us and giving us ideas on trying and venturing different wines. John also got us involved with the Wine Class where we have met Matt and WOWZA how fun is a wine class with him. He is fabulous. Nicole , Lauren and Brian are also so knowlegable and so friendly and REALLY KNOW THERE STUFF!!!!! and also lets not forget about Christian he is fairly new but picking up so quick and will be a awesome assett to your company. I was at Total Wine in Lynnwood, WA yesterday. Love it!! I stopped by the Wine Tasting Bar and loved the little glasses they were serving out of. I asked if they were available for purchase and they said “No, they were not. And many folks are always asking the same question”. I sure wish you would make these available for the consumer to purchase.
I think they would be a big hit for those of us who like to have Wine Tasting Parties of our own. I would love to be able to purchase them in a box/case of say 20-30.
Please consider doing this. I know it would be a huge hit!! Especially if you had them available at the tasting bar as a means of advertizing for “Wine Tasting Parties”.

After visit to St Petersburg store now tried ordering a gift card for friends in Florida but website will not allow credit card payment from outside USA. Are you able to help?
Sorry Christopher. We use a third party provider to approve all transactions via our website, and at this time that relationship does not allow us to accept international payments nor do we have a timeline on when/if that will happen.

We recently moved to Ohio from Georgia and are so sad that there is no Total
Wine close to us . Are there any plans for an expansion in the state of Ohio?

Sorry this took so long, we went a little MIA on our blog for a bit, but we’re trying to make a comeback! Unfortunately, Ohio has had some barriers to us entering the state and there are no immediate plans for a store there. But you never know, when laws change – so does our ability to revisit the idea! All we can say is stay tuned in the future.
Why can’t we access your website from Brazil? We try, but always reach an error page.
Isabel – our apologies on this inconvenince. We currrently do not do any business outside the United States, and even then we can only do business with select states in the USA. As we do not do any business outside the USA, the activity we have seen coming in from countries outside the United States has had a malicious nature in the past whenever we do not limit access to it. Thus, we have had to place a limit who can see our site outside the United States at this time. We know that’s not a great solution, but to limit the malicous activity and keep our data and servers safe, it’s become our current solution.
