Total Wine & More is thrilled to be opening our first store in Altamonte Springs, Florida!

The new store will be located at 160 East Altamonte Drive in the Marketplace at Altamonte, across from Burlington Coat Factory — join us for our Grand Opening festivities starting Thursday July 2nd at 4:00 P.M. (Click here to see more about our store and all of the Grand Opening activities).

This is our 24th store in Florida, and our third in the greater Orlando area. We’re looking forward to finally settling in Seminole County, and even more excited to be members of this lively and growing neighborhood. We already can’t wait to get involved and start giving back to the amazing Altamonte Springs community!

Stop by the store July 2-5 and join us in supporting the The Seminole Cultural Arts Council — Total Wine & More will be donating a portion of our Grand Opening weekend sales to benefit the council.

Join us for Grand Opening tastings and events starting at 4 P.M. on July 2nd featuring Martin Ray, Caymus, Chateau Ste. Michelle, Absolut Vodka, and Patrón Tequila. We’ll also have bottle engraving events with Brown-Forman, live music and more!

Total Wine & More is thrilled to be opening our newest store in Sunset Valley, Texas!

The new store will be in the Sunset Valley Village Shopping Center, right next to the Nordstrom Rack — join us for our Grand Opening festivities starting Thursday May 21 at 4:00 P.M. (Click here to see more about our store and all of the Grand Opening activities).

This is our ninth store in Texas, but our first in the Austin capital area and we’re looking forward to settling in as Austinites. We are excited to be members of this vibrant and expanding neighborhood and can’t wait to dig in and get involved in this amazing community.

Stop by the store this weekend and join us in supporting The Long Center for the Performing Arts — Total Wine & More will be donating a portion of our proceeds to the Long Center! We’ll have music provided by the Austin Opera Company as well as tastings with Wagner Family of Wines, Fall Creek Vineyards, Austin Eastciders in our Brewery District! We will also have giveaways and other in-store events like Gentleman Jack Whiskey, Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Jack Daniels Single Barrel bottle engraving and tasting—come in and explore our incredible selection of local products, craft beers, wines and spirits.

Total Wine & More Opens New Kendall Store

Total Wine & More opened the doors this morning at our brand new store in Kendall, Miami. To celebrate the occasion, we invited our team members, executives from our corporate office, vendors and media to a launch party last night.

Smooth jazz played while several hundred guests sipped on fine wines, select spirits and enjoyed the Brewery District, a new concept designed by Total Wine to highlight a special beer area of our stores to give our customers an unforgettable beer experience. Ceviche, meatballs, cheese, fruit and several hors d’oeuvre were offered to balance the tastings.

Store Manager Ty Ball, along with Assistant Manager Janell Grigsby and South Florida District Manager Brett Pulisic, greeted guests as they entered and chatted about the new store. All of the staff was extremely helpful, courteous and ready to answer questions. Though this was not a selling event, some guests just could not wait to make their purchases until the official opening at 9 am this morning. And we were ready!

Vendors including Rich Nowak from Brooklyn Brewery, Peter Schnebly from Schnebly Winery and Brewery and Robbie Toombs from Gold Coast Distributors were also there to offer support for our new store.

After guests were given the opportunity to try Caymus Vineyards’ exquisite 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (among several other excellent wines), a few awesome Patron tequilas, Leblon Cachaca in Caipirinhas, and Goose Island and Back Forty beers, a toast was in order. Hundreds of champagne flutes were filled and guests congregated over by where the band played.

EVP of Operations Mark Powell thanked everyone for coming and recognized all of the hard work that went in to getting the store ready for the launch. He introduced the store leadership and talked about the grand opening tonight. Then a toast to the success of the new store.

We’d like to invite you to our Grand Opening Extravaganza tonight (May 23rd) from 6-8 pm. We will be featuring tastings with the Wagner Family of Caymus Vineyards and having live music, giveaways and an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Total Wine will also recognize Read2Succeed as our local partner and make a substantial contribution to the organization during the event.
